A west coast presence since the mid 80's, KutMasta Kurt got his start DJ'ing at house parties and on college campuses before he made his mark alongside Kool Keith. As Keith's longtime DJ and producer, Kurt became an essential force in the now legendary Dr. Octagon and Dr. Dooom legacy. Building his own underground career along the way, Kurt started Threshold Records in 2000. His career spanning 2004 release of Redneck Games highlights his work with everyone from the Beastie Boys to Blackalicious. CHARLIE SWANSON
