2001 POSTER
Speaking of, have you seen this year's poster? It features our new 2001 robot friend/mascot (as of yet unnamed) and just might be our b est one yet. Designed by SF based artist Eva n Hecox, it's quite the eye catcher. Look for the next edition of the NP20 01 poster from Evan for the Chicago Festival.

FILM AND SCHOOL
And don't forget that Noise Pop isn't just about the rock anymore. You can also learn a little something at the Noise Pop Educational Series or zone out for a while at the Second Annual Noise Pop Film Festival.

ON THE RADIO
Noise Pop will be all over the airwaves in the coming week. First on Friday during the "California Report" on KQED (88.5 FM) in the Bay Area. It might be available online too, check out The California Report site for more info. The same feature will then be aired on NPR's Weekend Edition on Sunday!

Then, Kevin And Jordan will find themselves at the helm of Live 105's console as they guest DJ the Soundcheck show with Aaron Axelson on Sunday night from 8-10 PM. We'll be getting in as many Noise Pop favorites as we can, including a first-time-ever-on-radio sneak preview of a song from the upcoming Beulah record.

And if that's not enough, next Friday March 1st, KUSF will be hosting six hours of guest DJs from noon to 6pm featuring musicians playing the festival. Spinning will be members of Crooked Fingers, Tarantel, The Orange Peels, Call and Response, onelinedrawing, and Tommy Guerrero.
